Faye Yates is a wife, mother of three daughters, a Nashville recording artist with six albums to her credit, songwriter and author. She has been recognized for excellence by the Country Gospel Music Association (CGMA) and the South Texas Gospel Music Association (STGMA). She was nominated for the 1997 and 1998 CGMA Regional Songwriter of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year and Entertainer of the Year and recently received the STGMA "1999 Female Soloist Award."

She has concerted throughout the United States, and abroad in Israel, England, Romania and the former Yugoslavia. Her appearances include; the Texas State Republican Convention with Astronaut, Brig. Gen. Charles Duke, and television networks, CNN, TBN, PTL, and ACTS, as well as, the Israeli national network.

A well-respected figure in the Christian community, Faye Yates has appeared with Dr. James Dobson of "Focus On The Family" as well as many other leaders in the Christian community. She has shared the podium with such notables as Kay Arthur, Mrs. Francis Schaeffer, Mrs. Beverly La Haye and Dr. Charles Stanley. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Music Ministries (IAMM).
